Lauren is a registered dietitian nutritionist based in Richmond, VA. She studied at Virginia Tech where she received a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise with a focus in Dietetics. She then went on to complete a Master's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Culinary Sciences from Clemson University.

Lauren completed her dietetic internship at Houston Methodist Hospital in Sugar Land, Texas where she gained experience with a wide variety of both inpatient and outpatient populations spanning from birth to end-of-life. She continued working in acute care for the first several years of her career, primarily focusing on cardiac, diabetic, gastrointestinal, neonatal, and critical nutrition care. She strives to help clients manage both acute and chronic conditions through a compassionate, non-diet approach.
